I am so excited about Petticoats and Parasols next week in Savannah, Georgia. I have been working day and night creating some very special “ Pretty Little Things” just for the event. I just had to give you a little Petticoats Peek a boo.
Welcome Spring Crown
The New Marie “Let them Eat Cake” crown
…and the newly designed “Let Them Eat Cake” party hat.
Glittery Nest Clips.
Masks in all colors…
And “Wish Upon a Star” wands.
I decided to make a couple of kits and one of them is the “Le Petit Theatre” Now you can make your own – just like the one I sell on my ETSY site.
Vintage supplies all rolled up in a pretty bow.
Ruffled crepe paper in yummy spring time colors. They look good enough to eat!
I have never been a vendor before so this will be a new , slightly scary, experience for me but I am so fortunate. I will be surround by dozens of creative, caring woman. Some I already know, others are blogging buddies and still others I hope to call “new friends” by the end of the 3 day crafting event.
Did I mention that the amazing Jo Packman of Where Woman Create will be our keynote speaker? I heard there wasn’t a dry eye in the house when she spoke at Silver Bella last year. Not that it takes much to make me cry anyway.
So, I am sure I will have dozens of fabulous pictures and stories when I return. I don’t leave until Wednesday night and the festivities begin Thursday afternoon so this blog post is a bit premature – but I have never been very good about keeping secrets.
If you are going to be at Petticoats and Parasols next week leave me a comment so we can get acquainted. Can’t wait to meet you all!
Look for me, I will be the Southern Belle behind the
“Over the Top” banner.
Until then keep creating those “Pretty Little Things”
Hugs,
Amada

Amada, It was so wonderful getting to meet you in Savannah! I loved all your goodies at Vendor Night. I didn't see the little nest clips! You must have sold out by the time I came around. I want to get some of your crepe paper but, I didn't want to cram it in my bags which were OVER STUFFED to say the least. I'll check your Etsy Shop. I thought your work on the parasol & manni was amazing!!!! Talk to you soon! HUGS! Charlene

Hi Amada! I am so glad to get a chance to meet you! I LOVED all of your pretties - using your crepe paper for display since I can't bear to cut it yet (is that goofy or what?). If I can find one of those bird cage charms, I will send it your way. I look forward to keeping up with your blog and ordering some more yummies! xo's Heidi

Oh Amada, I am so glad you stopped to say hello. You are such a doll. Thank you for saying you would add me to your blog roll. I would be honored & will do the same. As I told you & Tiffany I am dying to visit Seattle. I would love it if we could stay in touch & see each other again. Now that I am home from this event I want to do another one soon(if I can con Hubby into it for my BDay present). I'm looking for someone to do Kim Caldwells Mermaid Event in July. Southern California. Have you thought of it? Talk to you soon. Charlene
